Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Venue Catering Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of tournament activities for a major international football tournament taking place in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual capable of managing departmental tasks, stakeholder communication, and event planning activities in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of department-specific plans and initiatives.
  • Assist in project management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with tournament timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to achieve operational goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
