Mobilization & Contractor Care Manager

Location:
Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

NES Fircroft is looking for an ambitious Mobilization and Contractor Care Manager to join our Dhahran team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the Country Director in streamlining the Mobilization process across all P&Ls where required.
  • Attending client calls to support the mobilization teams to educate the client and manage expectations.
  • Continuous follow up with Visa agents on daily / weekly basis regarding outstanding matters, delays and new regulations around the visa process.
  • Tracking visa allowance and ensuring that utilized visas are reallocated.
  • Assisting Country Director in streamlining the process of volume daily transactions between the Assignment Support Team / HR/ GR / Accounts / Payroll Teams.
  • Pick up high value contractor escalations until It's resolved.
  • Being the focal point of contact for any emergency escalations and liaising between the contractor, the client and our internal customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10 years' experience in the Saudi market – ideally with known local or preferably multinational companies.
  • Mobilization experience is a must for at least 5 years as a manager.
  • Experience in human resources and on-boarding is a must.
  • Proficient in English.
