Sales Engineer – Fabrication Business -Marketing

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales related to Structural Steel and Pipe Spool fabrication Activities. The Sales Engineer Fabrication Business is responsible for promoting and selling the company's fabrication services, including structural steel, piping, and industrial equipment manufacturing Candidates must be familiar with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden and other emerging clients in the field of Airports, Stadium etc.

Candidates must be familiar with Multinational companies working in the Construction business – mainly Korean, Chinese, UK, European and American EPCs. Candidates must be fully aware about Saudi Arabian Project and Construction Business. Proposed candidates must be familiar with major decision makers related to fabrication business. This role involves identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  2. Identify potential clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.

  3. Develop strategic sales plans to expand the company's fabrication business.

  4. Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors and industrial customers.

  5. Technical & Sales Presentations

  6. Conduct technical sales presentations showcasing fabrication capabilities.

  7. Understand customer specifications and propose tailored solutions.

  8. Proposal & Contract Negotiations

  9. Prepare RFQs, quotations, and commercial offers.

  10. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.

  11. Project Coordination

  12. Work closely with the fabrication workshop, engineering team, and quality control to ensure smooth project execution.

  13. Market Intelligence

  14. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions.

  15. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of welding, steel structures, and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office.

Requirement & Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in Sales experience.
