Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Saudi National) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation. The position is based in the KSA and involves managing the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 projects. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, resource management, and engagement with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of software implementation projects, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality and compliance with delivery standards.
  • Prepare project documentation and status reports for management and clients.
  • Travel across KSA as required by business demands.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    managing software implementation projects
  • Exposure to
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    (ERP or CRM) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of
    Agile or Waterfall
    methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
