Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Riyadh. The Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, social media content creation, digital marketing, marketing, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-oriented social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Design or coordinate the creation of engaging visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns (optional depending on company structure).
  • Track competitor activity and perform social listening to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media advertising is an advantage (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
