About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Implementation Senior Consultant with strong expertise in deploying and configuring enterprise-grade security and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Defender for Server, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview Compliance, and Microsoft Entra capabilities, with additional experience in Windows 365 integration. Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Security Copilot, and Copilot Agents is an added advantage. This role demands in-depth product understanding, high-quality implementation skills, and strong collaboration with project teams. The consultant will represent company values, contribute to business growth, and maintain a continuous learning and growth mindset.

Job Responsibilities
Solution Implementation & Configuration

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, security baselines, and application protection.
• Implement Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Server for advanced threat protection, vulnerability management, and automated remediation.
• Configure Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.
• Implement Microsoft Entra capabilities such as Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, and RBAC.
• Integrate Windows 365 Cloud PC with Intune and Defender for Endpoint for secure hybrid work scenarios.
• Support Microsoft Sentinel integration for centralized monitoring and incident correlation where required.

Technical Delivery & Support

• Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and other consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, ensuring optimal security posture and compliance.
• Document configurations and deliver knowledge transfer to client teams.

Collaboration & Business Contribution

• Actively contribute to team success by sharing expertise and assisting colleagues.
• Uphold company values in all engagements and maintain a professional client-facing approach.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer environments and support business growth.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay current with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance advancements and product updates.
• Keep up to date on Microsoft Sentinel, Security Copilot, and Copilot Agents features as emerging technologies.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and skill-building activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on expertise in:

• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines)

• Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Server
• Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk, eDiscovery)
• Microsoft Entra (Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection, RBAC)

• Windows 365 (deployment and security integration)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel (data ingestion, alert correlation, incident response workflows).

• Added advantage: Knowledge of Microsoft Security Copilot and Copilot Agents use cases.
• Strong grasp of security best practices and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in IT security and compliance with proven hands-on Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance implementation experience.

• Certifications:

• Required: Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).

• Preferred: SC-400, MD-100/101, or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
