Role Purpose:

This position (
comprising of

executive communication, project reporting, or MIS roles)

will be responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and impactful communication of the HT/FL Project's progress, performance, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including EXCOM, Board of Directors, and strategic partners. The role serves as the central point for developing high-quality executive reports, management dashboards, and communication materials that align with corporate standards and governance expectations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1.     Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting packages for EXCOM and Board meetings, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones, risks, and achievements.

Translate complex technical and financial data into clear, visually engaging executive summaries and presentations.

Coordinate with the PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to consolidate and validate project data.

Design and manage the project MIS framework, ensuring accurate, timely, and automated data flow for decision-making.

5.    Implement structured templates for progress tracking, resource utilization, and cost monitoring aligned with project governance.

Develop interactive dashboards to visualize project status, risk metrics, and forecasted performance using digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based systems).

Ensure data integrity and alignment with project KPIs and corporate reporting standards.

10.   Prepare communication briefs, progress summaries, and milestone reports for external partners, investors, and regulatory entities as required.

11.    Support the preparation of project updates for inclusion in corporate communication or investor relations materials, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

Advanced Power BI / Tableau / Excel (Power Query / VBA).

Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.

Strong analytical and visualization abilities.


•

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.


•

Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into concise executive insights.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and aesthetics in report design.

Preferred Education / Certifications


•  
  Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.


•

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.


•

Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or Tableau Certification

Required Experience

Proven experience (Minimum 8–10 years) in
executive communication, project reporting, or MIS roles
