  • Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
  • Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
  • Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
  • Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short- & long-term objectives.
  • Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
  • Know Napco end-users' purchase and consumption behavior in a business-tobusiness (B2B) context ensuring that we are offering customers an entire solution.
  • Know Napco end-users' and customers' purchase and consumption behavior in a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) context and their expectations including stated and implied needs.
  • Effectively manage credit activities and credit limits granted to customers in line with Napco Credit Policy.
  • Analyze present and/or identify future Napco Consumers, customers and end-users consumption and purchase behavior in both business-to-business (B2B) and/or business-to-consumer (B2C) contexts in order to identify unmet consumer and customer needs that will contribute to the marketing strategy. 
  • Knowledge in the use of NAPCO's machines, tools, and labor to manufacture NAPCO's products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods. 
  • Understand, capture, and communicate industry trends, current market dynamics, competitor activities, environmental forces, and changes in customer needs and requirements in how they relate to Napco sales operations. 
  • Research, analyze, and report industry development, current market dynamics, competitor activities, as well as macro-environmental and micro-environmental forces, in order to spot trends and opportunities aimed to support the development of business and marketing strategies and identify Situation, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), that might influence the company operations.
  •  Design and perform analytical analysis (SWOT and GAP analysis), in order to define the segments on which Napco companies should focus, due to market size and growth trends, and to define their competitive advantage. Identify and use the right tools that helps the clear and best positioning of a product and/or the company in the consumer and/or customer's perception. Perform price and product quality/benefit analysis to define the product positioning within the brand architecture and across the product category.
  • Conduct/manage/commission relevant quantitative and qualitative research to support marketing plans, assess and select reliable and valid external primary and secondary research methodology and data sources in order to provide management with accurate and up-to-date information and outcome.
  • Divide and subdivide a large market into clearly identifiable segments of customers and/or consumers, having similar demand characteristics, in order to support the design of a marketing mix matching the needs of those targeted segments.
  • Set, analyze, interpret, and revise product contribution margins, marketing budgets, and sales parameters.
  • Develop, employ, and regularly monitor relevant metrics (such as brand equity measure, promotion ROI, Total spending as % of sales, Advertising, ATL, BTL, Consumer Promotion spending as % of sales, trade spending as % of sales, leads, RFQs, sales, customer satisfaction, customer lifetime value, percentage of leads to prospects, percentage of prospects to sales, c.) to measure progress against objectives in order to ensure that the execution of marketing programs cost-efficiently achieves Napco objectives. Develop, employ, and regularly monitor relevant metrics and use associated CRM / ERP technologies… to measure progress against objectives.
  • Apply different methods, practices, and operations used to promote and sustain Napco B2C commercial activities.
  • Set pricing strategies and policies enabling at securing Napco Companies business objectives mix: sales and market share growth; return on investment and targeted perceived brand value.
  • Know product development methodology and life cycle, consumer research and pro-forma P&L. and to estimate EMV (estimated market value) and perform a competitive evaluation to define product positioning. Evaluate the product at different product development phases from basis for interest, to basis for commercialization.
  • Know all information, including positioning, pertaining to the sales product in question, and to explain all features and answer any inquiry related to our products and those of the competition, in order to reinforce the image or identity in the minds of Napco target market.
  • Prospect, forecast, maintain customer requirements (stated and implied needs), secure payment, reconcile accounts, recapture lost customers, prepare and close deals and contracts, balance collection and deliveries, handle customer complaints, and work on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Apply a wide range of sales, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation techniques and skills to influence prospective buyers into closing a purchase order. Keep long-term business association leveraging from interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare, develop, communicate, implement, and manage the Brand Development Plan or the strategic marketing plan and product/brand portfolio derived from Napco overall business strategy and contributing to its formulation, in order to maximize revenues and profits and secure sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Knowledge of Footprint, manufacturing impact on the environment, sustainable sourcing and renewable resources. Understand global regulations in sustainability and monitor green initiatives of packaging manufacturers. Knowledge of global trends in use or decline of specific packaging materials, know customer sustainability initiatives, which affect our product offering and competitiveness. Set sustainability goals and metrics with BU management and report performance.
  • Know customs duties, country regulations, INCOTERMS, payment modalities and guarantees, insurances, and international shipping and trade agreements of relevance to Napco sales operations.
