Civil Supervisor / Foreman

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Foreman, located in Jeddah. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, operating heavy equipment, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and overseeing carpentry work. Daily tasks include communicating with project managers and workers to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil activities, including concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure work execution adheres to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate manpower and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and finishing before consultant inspection requests.
• Maintain site logs, manpower attendance, and progress reports.
• Enforce site safety, quality, and housekeeping regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of site supervision experience in multi-storied construction.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp reporting).
• Strong supervisory, communication, and coordination skills.

General Notes:

• Fluency in English and Arabic – mandatory.
• Transferable Iqama – mandatory.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• 3-month probation period before employment confirmation.
• Must demonstrate discipline, initiative, and leadership on-site.
