About the Opportunity

A confidential, reputable law firm in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer on a one-year contract. The role involves handling a variety of cases, advising clients, and representing them before judicial and regulatory authorities.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage litigation files from initiation to resolution, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance on disputes across commercial, civil, and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle and manage litigation cases in Saudi courts.


• Draft pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents.


• Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and expert meetings.


• Advise clients on dispute strategies and potential outcomes.


• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for efficient case management.


• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualifications preferred.


• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia or a recognized jurisdiction.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation or dispute resolution.


• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.


• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal).


• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
