We Are Hiring — A Saudi Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A leading holding group is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (
CFO
) to join its executive leadership team. The selected candidate is expected to join in December.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • CFA holder or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • 10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Age between 35–55 years.

Preferred background in one or more of the following industries:

Services, Maintenance & Operations, Retail, Travel & Tourism, Home Appliances, Furniture, and Investment Portfolios.

  • Proven experience in Capital Market Transactions (IPO).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company's comprehensive financial strategy.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial performance.
  • Generate, analyze, and present financial reports to executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governmental regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and financing alternatives.
  • Lead risk management, cost optimization, and governance implementation.
  • Oversee internal & external audit activities.
  • Manage relations with banks, investors, regulators, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement best-in-class financial governance and control practices.
  • Lead and develop the finance team; set targets and establish authority matrices.
