For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Sustainable Procurement Manager - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for embedding sustainability into procurement strategies, RFPs, contracts, and supplier management across the Fourth Runway Project. They will ensure alignment with PIF's Local Content Program, KSIA's net-zero commitments, and certification requirements such as Envision and ACA.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed sustainability requirements into procurement strategies, tender packages, and contractual documents.
  • Ensure procurement practices support PIF's Local Content Program and KSIA's net-zero objectives.
  • Lead sustainable supplier evaluation, prequalification, and selection processes.
  • Integrate ESG clauses, carbon reduction requirements, and local content obligations into contracts.
  • Monitor, track, and report procurement performance against sustainability KPIs (carbon footprint, ESG compliance, local content targets).
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and project management teams to ensure consistent implementation of sustainability frameworks.
  • Support certification processes for Envision, ACA, and other sustainability standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including 3–5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
  • Proven expertise in sustainable procurement, ESG frameworks, and local content regulations.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of sustainability certifications (e.g. Envision, ACA).
  • Middle East experience is mandatory.
