We are looking for a passionate professional to help design, deliver, and enhance our loyalty ecosystem.

In this pivotal role, you will support the development of our loyalty programme architecture, membership strategies, and partnership framework. Your work will help drive member engagement, partner value, and long-term brand growth through insight-led initiatives and innovative collaboration.

You will contribute to the strategic direction of loyalty features and products, ensuring they meet both commercial and customer expectations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help identify and deliver meaningful partnerships that enhance customer journeys and reinforce Riyadh Air's position as a preferred brand.

Using data and market insights, you will support informed decision and performance measurement to continuously evolve the programme's value and relevance.

About You:

Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in loyalty programmes or related fields such as product design or strategy, and at least 2 years in a leadership or management roles.

You are expected to design and deliver modern loyalty propositions, managing full member lifecycle strategies with a focus on strategic leadership and collaboration.
