Managing Director, Media – KSA

The role leads the media operation in the Kingdom. Full responsibility for commercial performance, client relationships, team leadership, and growth. This is the top job for the market, not an account lead or client-servicing role.

The person must come from a media agency background, with experience running teams and managing senior-level clients. Candidates who have moved to client-side or supplier-side are suitable only if they previously held senior roles inside an agency and understand how to run one.

KSA market knowledge is essential. Either based in the Kingdom today, previously worked in KSA, or has deep GCC experience with a clear grasp of how the Saudi market operates. Arabic speakers are preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate is already in KSA or has strong, demonstrable operating experience in the market.

Leadership is central. The MD must manage and grow teams, set delivery standards, and develop capability across the organisation. They need authority and presence with senior clients and the ability to run complex relationships without escalation.

Growth focus is non-negotiable. They need to be strong in pitching, winning new business, and expanding existing accounts. Commercial judgement, operational discipline, and the ability to build a sustainable, high-performing media operation define the brief.

Open to strong GCC candidates who are prepared to relocate to KSA for the role.

Compensation will be aligned once the right candidate is identified.
