Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work. The CTO will lead the strategic vision, development, and implementation of the company's technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing software development, managing IT infrastructure, defining the architecture of systems, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives, and driving product development innovation. The CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and system enhancements that empower Nowaar's unique family-focused ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Software Development, IT Architecture, and the development of technical roadmaps
  • Strong experience in Project Management and IT Strategy to oversee critical initiatives
  • Proven ability in Product Development, including innovating and scaling technology solutions
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and align technology goals with the company's vision
  • Experience in the entertainment, technology, or real estate sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with family-focused or technology-driven ecosystems is a plus
