Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in the B2G (Business-to-Government) market to lead and oversee strategic projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of B2G initiatives.
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and progress.
  • Support collection processes to ensure timely payments and adherence to financial obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in B2G or public sector projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of collection processes and financial follow-ups.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
