Job Summary:

We are looking for a jounior talent to join our team as a
Safety Specialist
in a
manufacturing environment
. The ideal candidate has
0–2 years of experience
and has completed
Kawader Training (Professional Level)
. The Safety Specialist will support the Safety Manager in promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting with the implementation of safety procedures on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
  • Report safety observations and incidents to the Safety Manager.
  • Assist in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
  • Support risk assessments and the development of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
  • Participate in delivering safety inductions and toolbox talks to employees.
  • Ensure workers comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Help maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about local health and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in safety or a related field (internship or training accepted).
  • Completion of
    Kawader Training – Professional Level
    .
  • Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (internship or entry-level).
  • Familiarity with OSHA or local regulatory standards.
  • First Aid / CPR certification (a plus).

Work Environment:

  • Based in a manufacturing facility.
  • Exposure to industrial noise, machinery, and shop floor conditions.
