About the Role

We're hiring an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across our Saudi office. You'll handle personnel files, attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations—ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and digital platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Absher/Muqeem) while supporting a high-performance culture in a fast-growing influencer marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain complete, audit-ready personnel files and HR records.


• Process attendance, leaves, and overtime; prepare accurate payroll inputs and monthly reports; ensure WPS compliance via Mudad.


• Execute onboarding & offboarding (contracts in Qiwa, job offers, IDs, checklists, exit formalities & EOS settlements).


• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI registrations/modifications, and company policies.


• Handle employee queries (employment letters, salary/HR letters, insurance, benefits, certificates).


• Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims per CCHI requirements.


• Support performance cycles: probation tracking, reminders, and documentation.


• Draft and circulate HR memos, policies, and SOPs; track acknowledgments.


• Update HRIS/trackers (headcount, attrition, org data) and produce weekly/monthly HR reports.


• Partner with office leadership to drive engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2–4 years of HR generalist/operations experience (agency/marketing/media background is a plus).


• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad/WPS, and Absher/Muqeem.


• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS; strong Excel & Google Sheets skills.


• Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-through; high attention to detail.


• Strong communication and service mindset; able to handle sensitive information confidentially.


• Saudi nationality is required.


• Good English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
