Project Manager – Cooperative Training | Fazaa Production

Job Summary:

Fazaa Production is offering a Cooperative Training opportunity for a Saudi Project Manager trainee who's passionate about creative production, storytelling, and project management.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience leading creative and production processes from concept to execution across commercials, events, and brand campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and production crews — bringing ideas to life with precision, creativity, and impact.

Note: This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals only under the Cooperative Training (Co-op) program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing production projects from concept to delivery.

Support communication between creative, design, and production teams.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and idea development.

Help organise call sheets, shooting schedules, and logistics.

Contribute to presentations and client meetings.

Ensure project timelines and budgets are followed.

Conceptualisation & Ideation:

Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Assist in developing storytelling ideas aligned with the brand identity.

Support the creative director in shaping visual concepts.

Design & Execution:

Help maintain visual consistency and brand tone across deliverables.

Support production planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Contribute to ensuring creative quality and technical standards.

Strategic Thinking & Client Collaboration:

Learn how to develop creative proposals tailored to client goals.

Assist in managing client communication and feedback.

Support the alignment of projects with brand strategies.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Work under the supervision of senior project managers and producers.

Learn leadership and coordination skills in real production environments.

Collaborate with team members to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Saudi nationality is required.

Currently enrolled in a Cooperative Training (Co-op) program in Media, Production, Communication, or Design Management.

Strong interest in creative industries, storytelling, and project coordination.

Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
