We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Application Support Specialist to provide second-line support for enterprise applications built on Angular, .NET, and SQL Server technologies.
This is a Contract Job, Yearly extendable,
On-site position based in Riyadh, focused on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring seamless application performance in a mission-critical environment. Experience in healthcare or clinical systems support is highly preferred. Familiarity with release/change management procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical support role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET (C#), SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting client-server applications, web APIs, and database issues.
  • Familiarity with scripting, log analysis, and debugging tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or clinical systems support is highly preferred.
