Gheras Alkhairat is a leading Saudi company specializing in the cultivation of high-quality dates. The company grows five types of dates, including Medjool, Deglet Nour, Al-Khalas, Sukkari, and Sagai, with the Medjool dates renowned as the "King of Dates." Gheras Alkhairat operates the largest Medjool farm in the Middle East, covering 35 million square meters and housing over 300,000 palm trees. The company produced 2,000,000 kilograms of dates in 2022 and plans to increase production to 5,000,000 kilograms by 2027. The majority of the dates are exported to countries like China, India, Egypt, Morocco, the Arab Emirates, and Australia, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national transformation program. All farms operate on organic principles, ensuring a sustainable and healthy environment for cultivation.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Riyadh. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential business opportunities, establishing relationships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company.

- تحليل الأسواق والمنافسين وتقديم التوصيات لتطوير المنتجات والخدمات.
- المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط النمو والمبيعات.
- المساهمة في تطوير الهوية التجارية للشركة وتعزيز تواجدها في الأسواق المستهدفة.
- تمثيل الشركة في المعارض والفعاليات المحلية والدولية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الفرص والمبيعات والتوجهات السوقية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات (ويفضل في قطاع الأغذية أو التمور).
- مهارات قوية في التحليل، التفاوض، والعرض التقديمي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (ويُفضل إجادة لغة إضافية).
- قدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات وتحقيق الأهداف.
