We work in the transport and energy sectors, providing consultancy, engineering and operations services for clients such as major airports, governments, regulators, cities and rail and road operators.

You will be based in our Project in Riyadh 

Job Description


•    Act as lead BIM point of contact for Supervision Consultant.


•    Feed into and ensure Contractor BIM team compliance with BEP.


•    Participate in coordination and ensure development of clash resolution.


•    Coordinate BIM development, standards, data requirements.


•    Review of contractor's models on regular basis to ensure as built is kept up to date and capture any changes.


•    Respond to any clash notices issued by contractor in line with client's BIM requirements.


•    Review and report to client on the contractor's development status of BIM models in compliance with LOD 350, LOD 400 and LOD 500.


•    Check the compliance with LOIN matrix and all other BEP requirements.


•    Review and ensure the BIM as-built information provided by contractor is optimized for FM usage and fit to be efficiently used to manage the facilities.


•    Ensure COBie / similar information are incorporated inside contractor's Asset information Model (AIM).


•    Suggest and supervise asset coding standards being incorporated inside the Asset Information Model (AIM).


•    Review the contractor 4D simulation where applicable.


•    Review the coordination for the attractions scope.


•    Responding to the issue raised by the stakeholders through the issue management on BIM360Focal point of contact from Supervision Consultant side for AV system on site.


•    Review/comment and approve contractor's AV Engineering submittals.


•    Review contractor's construction documents, such as: pre-qualifications, proposals, Method Statements, ITP, AV materials & Technical details submissions.


•    Review and reply to the contractor's RFI s related to AV works. Also, coordinate with the design office if additional design information is required.


•    Coordinate with the project senior team of other disciplines when and as necessary required, to ensure best level of coordinated work.


•    Carry out regular inspections to the site to ensure proper execution of AV works by the contractor.


•    Prepare snagging lists of defects in conjunction with the contractor and agree dates for completion.


•    Witnessing and monitoring of any relevant tests or trial assemblies undertaken by the main contractor or others. Witnessing tests of equipment and systems incorporated within the works.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineeing with minimum 12 years of experience.
