Role Description
The Executive Vice President role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. This role involves overseeing the organization's strategic operations, managing senior leadership teams, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies, building partnerships, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence across all divisions. The EVP will also play a critical role in spearheading new initiatives in real estate and other business areas, ensuring alignment with Al Mukmal Group's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in senior leadership roles, team management, and operational oversight.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Strong skills in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth expertise in real estate development, luxury goods or services, and related industries.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to foster relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate dynamic business environments, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Additional Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in both Arabic and English is considered an asset.
