Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Be responsible for and serve as an advisor to the CEO regarding property development, management, and operations.
Oversee acquisition, development, and re-development opportunities of logistics real estate across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on time and on budget, producing attractive, financially self-supporting properties that serve organizations objectives.
Evaluate business demand, market factors, risks, and other factors to recommend and implement business footprint strategies.
Supervise the overall development process from site selection and acquisition, site feasibility analysis, securing land use and entitlement approvals/permits, overseeing construction/rehab, and completing lease ups.
Direct all development programs and operations; and supervise staff, consultants and key project personnel.
Establish ongoing, constructive working relationships with peers, regulatory authorities, government entities, financing parties, customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Participate in public presentations, leverage financial, political, and community support for projects.
Leverage industry expertise, best practices, and key business drivers in developing short
- and long-range plans. Maintain flexibility to adapt priorities based on changing business needs.
Provide Leadership to develop a cohesive work team. Demonstrate organizations core values and create a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage the performance through regular oversight and KPIs.
Evaluate and recommend capital improvements relative to revenue generating investments and asset preservation. Achieve desired internal financial benchmarks for each asset within portfolio.
Prepare and evaluate project construction and operating budgets to including performance analysis
