We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Retail Shipping Franchise Manager** to lead and grow our retail shipping outlet operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in **last-mile delivery**, **e-commerce logistics**, and **retail operations**. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential franchisees and supporting them in selecting high-potential locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day operations of the retail shipping franchise, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.

* Supervise a team of staff and delivery personnel; provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.

* Oversee shipment handling, from drop-off to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on **last-mile optimization**.

* Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce merchants and courier partners to enhance service offerings.

* Monitor KPIs related to parcel volume, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

* Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve shipping or delivery issues promptly.

* Implement best practices for inventory control, packaging standards, and shipping documentation.

* Stay informed on market trends and evolving technologies in last-mile delivery and e-commerce fulfillment.

* Lead local marketing efforts to attract new customers and increase footfall.

* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and franchise operational policies.

**Franchise Development Responsibilities**

* Identify, meet, and qualify individuals interested in owning a shipping franchise.

* Guide potential franchisees through the onboarding process and business model understanding.

* Assist prospective franchisees in evaluating and selecting strategic store locations based on traffic, visibility, and market demand.

* Coordinate with real estate and development teams to assess location viability and support launch planning.

* Act as a liaison between the corporate team and franchise partners to ensure successful setup and smooth operations post-launch.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience (3+ years) in **last-mile logistics**, **retail shipping**, or **e-commerce operations**.

* Strong background in business development, franchise support, or location-based expansion planning.

* Prior experience managing a retail store or franchise is highly desirable.

* Familiarity with shipping software, tracking systems, and delivery logistics.

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to assess business potential and guide new partners through location selection and setup.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to growing local business performance.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain, or a related field.

* Experience with regional courier and e-commerce networks (e.g., Aramex, DHL, SMSA, SPL, etc.).

* Knowledge of the local retail and real estate landscape for optimal site selection.
