Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Consultant, you will support the development and management of franchise projects, including research, strategy planning, and operational implementation as well as Business Development. Key responsibilities include providing consultation to clients, coordinating with various internal teams, assisting in the creation of tailored franchise programs, and supporting business development efforts. You will provide data-driven insights, create presentations and reports, and maintain effective client relationships to contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in project management, organizational management, and team coordination
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the franchise industry is a plus, particularly in the Middle East markets
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous
