We are hiring experienced and service-oriented Female Spa Therapists to join a reputed five-star luxury hotel and resort group in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will bring hands-on experience from international or premium hospitality brands and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding, personalized spa experiences. This position plays a key role in ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing and rejuvenating wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of professional spa and wellness treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and holistic therapies.
  • Offer personalized treatment plans based on guest needs, maintaining the highest standards of care and luxury service.
  • Welcome guests with warmth, perform consultations, and recommend suitable therapies or products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all treatment rooms, tools, and spa facilities at all times.
  • Upsell and promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to overall revenue.
  • Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and wellbeing throughout every session.
  • Support daily spa operations, including scheduling, stock management, and front desk coordination when needed.
  • Comply with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations consistently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or professional certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end spa environments.
  • Proficient in a variety of treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, skincare principles, and holistic wellness practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest care.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
  • Candidates from Asian nationalities are preferred. Applications are welcome from both within Saudi Arabia and overseas.
