About the Role:

Infosysta is seeking a
Atlassian Engineer
to be dedicated onsite for one of our key accounts. The selected candidate will work closely with the client's technical team, ensuring smooth operations, integrations, and optimization of Atlassian tools while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the
    primary onsite technical point of contact
    for the client on all Atlassian-related matters.
  • Manage, administer, and optimize Atlassian tools such as
    Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
    , and others as required.
  • Work on
    custom development, configuration, and integration
    between Atlassian products and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with Infosysta's service delivery and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and proactive improvements.
  • Support ongoing projects, upgrades, and migrations within the client's environment.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
  • Participate in a
    3-month handover and knowledge transfer
    period to fully understand the client's ecosystem and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Atlassian Certified Expert
    (preferred certifications: Jira Administration, Managing Jira Projects, or equivalent).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Atlassian administration, support, or consultancy.
  • Proven experience with
    custom development, scripting
    , and
    integration with third-party tools
    (REST APIs, automation tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    , with the ability to work effectively in demanding client environments.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with Infosysta's internal teams for escalations and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in
    government or large enterprise environments
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and project management practices.
  • Exposure to
    cloud and data center Atlassian environments
    .
