We are searching for a specialized
PMO & Traffic Manager
to bridge the gap between project strategy (PMO) and daily production execution (Traffic). This is a critical hybrid role for someone who is not only excellent at resource scheduling but also thrives on developing and enforcing the operational processes that enable a high-performing creative department.

You will be the architect of our project flow, ensuring strategic PMO guidelines are translated into practical, day-to-day creative operations, guaranteeing maximum utilization and minimum risk.

Core Responsibilities (Strategy & Execution)1. PMO & Process Ownership:

  • Process Design:
    Document, communicate, and enforce standardized workflows (SOPs) for project intake, creative briefing, review cycles, and final delivery across all teams.
  • Capacity Planning:
    Work closely with department leads to forecast future resource needs, identify skill gaps, and manage the agency's overall production capacity.
  • System Integrity:
    Own the project management system ([e.g., Workfront, Asana, ]), ensuring data accuracy, template standardization, and team compliance.

2. Traffic & Resource Management:

  • Resource Allocation:
    Manage the distribution of all new and existing work to the creative team, optimizing schedules to maximize resource utilization while mitigating burnout.
  • Prioritization & Scheduling:
    Chair daily/weekly traffic meetings to review the production board, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate clear priorities and risk levels to stakeholders.
  • Deadline Management:
    Act as the final checkpoint for all project deadlines, monitoring progress against milestones and initiating escalation procedures when projects deviate from the agreed-upon timeline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience
    in a combined Project Management Office (PMO) and Traffic Management role,
    specifically within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to design and implement operational processes that measurably improve agency efficiency (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved utilization).
  • Expert user of enterprise-level PM and resource management software.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate complex process requirements clearly and professionally to both senior leadership and working teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization and capacity data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a strong asset.
