Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tennis & Padel Coach to join our dynamic team at Misk Sports Wadi. The coach will deliver top-quality sessions, organize tournaments, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for players of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging tennis and padel lessons for adults and children.

  • Deliver one-on-one, group, and social sessions.

  • Plan and assist in tournaments, leagues, and community events.

  • Ensure facilities and equipment are safely prepared and maintained.

  • Mentor assistant coaches and support the recreation team.

  • Promote participation and uphold Misk's high coaching standards.

Rotational shifts:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Requirements

  • Recognized Tennis & Padel Coaching Certification (RPT, LTA, ITF, FIP – Level 2 or 3).

  • Valid First Aid Certificate (minimum 6-hour practical).

  • Experience coaching players of different age groups and skill levels.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Minimum age: 25 years.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.

  • Experience in multicultural or international environments.

  • Multi-sport coaching experience.
