Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to monitor compliance
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance for stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers and team members
  • Stay updated on industry standards and changes in quality regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and relevant standards
  • Proven experience leading quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
