Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in the Riyadh Region. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating tasks within the assigned kitchen station, assisting the Head Chef with menu development, and training junior kitchen staff. The role also involves maintaining an organized and clean workstation and ensuring that dishes are prepared to The Table's standards of quality and taste.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
  • Experience in kitchen management, team coordination, and training junior staff
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and deliver consistent results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in fine dining or event-specific cuisine is an advantage
  • Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
