We're looking for a skilled and creative Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in restaurant operations, food preparation, and recipe execution with a passion for innovation and quality.

Exit 5, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and standards.
  • Handle daily prep and ensure readiness for service.
  • Maintain consistency, speed, and food quality.
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
  • Participate in developing new menu items and improving existing ones.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Support in controlling portioning, waste, and ingredient usage.
  • Help establish and improve kitchen systems and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant kitchens (as CDP or Senior Commis).
  • Must be currently in Riyadh and ready for transfer.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Organized, responsible, and proactive under pressure.
