On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and manage staff and driver accommodation facilities. This is a fully operational and supervisory role, responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and well-organized living environments while coordinating daily accommodation, hygiene, security, transportation, and facility-related activities.

The role acts as the single point of contact for all accommodation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily accommodation operations for staff and drivers

• Ensure rooms are properly equipped and maintained

• Maintain accurate occupancy records and accommodation logs

• Enforce accommodation rules, discipline, and code of conduct

• Coordinate daily transportation requirements

• Liaise with security staff to ensure safety and compliance

• Supervise cleaning staff and monitor hygiene standards

• Coordinate laundry services, pest control, and facility maintenance

• Handle complaints, disputes, and incident reporting

• Initiate purchase requests and coordinate with vendors

• Maintain proper documentation related to accommodation and logistics

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accommodation / Camp Management

• Proven experience managing labour camps or staff accommodation

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)

• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred (bilingual is an advantage)
