Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dark Store Manager, located in Riyadh. The Dark Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels, analyzing store performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Additional duties include leading the team to achieve customer satisfaction standards and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures related to safety and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices
  • Previous experience in retail or supply chain management is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in basic business software such as Microsoft Excel and relevant inventory tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving operational needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment
