Senior Specialist- Accounts payable

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company, known for its innovative and sustainable projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate - Accounts Payable to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Associate - Accounts Payable, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving any payment discrepancies. You will also assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any vendor-related issues or inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
