Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role based in Jeddah. The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and overall operations of Al Mukmal Group, ensuring the alignment of corporate goals with market demands. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing financial health, driving operational efficiencies, expanding market opportunities, and fostering partnerships to enhance organizational growth. Additionally, the CEO will lead and inspire cross-functional teams to maintain the company's standard of excellence across its business verticals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Finance and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Sales, including developing and driving growth strategies
  • Leadership acumen and the ability to manage large, diverse teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or equivalent in relevant fields are a plus
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably in real estate, interior design, or luxury goods sectors
  • Deep understanding of the Jeddah market and regional business practices is highly beneficial
