We are a team of seasoned executives and experts based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who are leveraging the power of Web3 technology to revolutionise digital ownership. YOX is proudly supported by Ajlan & Bros Holding through Sandsoft.

The YOX platform, which remains under development, will cater to the demand for premium physical items such as sport and film memorabilia, jewellery, wristwatches, clothing, handbags, as well as culturally significant Arabic collectables. Additionally, we offer digital collectables, including blue-chip NFTs.

We are committed to providing a diverse and unique collection of collectables to our users and are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Collectables Acquisition Specialist.

Role

As a Collectables Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source and acquire physical and digital collectables for sale on our online marketplace. You will play a crucial role in expanding our inventory and ensuring we offer a diverse selection of high-quality collectables. Your expertise in identifying premium items, characterised by their high value and importance, as well as your ability to negotiate favourable terms with sellers, will contribute to the growth and success of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify sources for premium physical and digital collectables.
  • Build relationships with collectors, sellers, and industry professionals.
  • Evaluate authenticity, condition, and market value of collectables.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and pricing.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure safe transportation.
  • Collaborate with the YOX marketing team for product descriptions and promotions.
  • Stay informed about collectables market trends and customer demand.
Requirements
Must have
  • Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring collectables.
  • In-depth knowledge of premium collectables, including sport and film memorabilia, jewellery, wristwatches, clothing, handbags, and Arabic cultural items.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with digital collectables, such as blue-chip NFTs.
  • Personal interest in Web3, including blockchain technology, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.
  • Bachelor's degree or strong equivalent experience.
Location

The successful candidate must be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – or be willing to relocate as soon as possible.
