المسؤوليات:
- بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع المقاهي، المطاعم، والفنادق والشركات.
- البحث عن عملاء جدد وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء الحالية.
- تقديم عروض المنتجات وشرح المزايا والقيمة المضافة.
- جدولة وتنفيذ زيارات يومية.
- المتابعة المستمرة مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم واستمرارية التعاون.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن السوق، المنافسين، واحتياجات العملاء.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1–3 سنوات في مبيعات B2B (ويفضّل في قطاع القهوة أو F&B).
- مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق صفقات عالية.
- شخصية نشيطة وقادرة على الإقناع وبناء العلاقات.
- القدرة على العمل الميداني والتنقل داخل المدينة.
- رخصة قيادة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب وبرامج CRM.
