We are looking for an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and manage multiple transformation projects under the Transformation Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs under the assigned Transformation portfolio.
  • Lead and guide a team of Project Managers to follow standard processes, tools, templates, and reporting methods.
  • Work closely with both business and technology teams to clearly define scope, set priorities, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor portfolio status, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and budget utilization.
  • Take part in planning sessions, demand discussions, and resource allocation with Planning and Benefit Realization teams.
  • Share regular portfolio reports, program health updates, and recommendations to the Head of Delivery Office.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 15 to 20 years of total experience in project/program management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large programs or portfolios.
  • Strong experience in portfolio governance, stakeholder management, and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Good to Have Domain Experience in Corporate B2B, Cloud Oracle ERP, Supply Chain Financing, Trade AI, Billing Engines,Treasury Transformation, Operations Transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve conflicts calmly.
  • Strategic way of thinking with strong hands-on execution ability.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business / Computer Science / Engineering.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred.
