Role Description
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and create synergistic opportunities. Responsibilities include negotiating partnership deals, analyzing business data to identify potential collaboration opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Additionally, the role involves representing Ailoo in external discussions and presentations to establish and strengthen our brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management, with a track record of building and maintaining successful collaborations
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities, drive insights, and support data-based decision-making
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills to negotiate effectively, deliver persuasive presentations, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with the mobility, transportation, or technology sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience in partnerships or business development
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results
