Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Partnership Director to lead all partnership initiatives and manage strategic relationships with technology providers, enterprises, vendors, and ecosystem partners. This role reports directly to the CEO and works independently without a team. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience building partnerships in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential partners including technology providers, platforms, integrators, and strategic industry players.
  • Build strong commercial value propositions for each partnership type.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all partners and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Drive regular communication, joint planning, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and renewals.

Commercial Growth & Opportunities

  • Identify opportunities for co-selling, co-marketing, and joint product development.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to leverage partnerships for revenue growth.
  • Track partnership performance, KPIs, and outcomes.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with partnership objectives.
  • Provide insights on partner capabilities, industry shifts, and competitive advantages.
  • Support the CEO in high-level discussions and strategic decisions related to partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems, integrations, and value chains.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of independence, ownership, and ability to work without a team.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking mindset.

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build frameworks, processes, and partnership models from scratch.
  • Strong presentation, pitching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating partnership performance.
