REQUIREMENTS:

·       
title Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,

·       
a minimum of 10 years of experience,

·       
recent employment in a similar position on projects related to power infrastructure,

·       
experience in coordinating direct construction employees and subcontractors,

·       
ability to analyse design and technical documentation as well as the schedule of works,

·       
decision-making skills and reliability,

·       
ability to prepare and review reports on progress,

·       
good knowledge of MS Office,

·       
English skills at B2 level,

·       
driving license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       
supervising employees, subcontractors and ensuring effective collaboration among all parties,

·       
being responsible for the scheduled and budgeted execution of the project,

·       
reviewing project progress and keeping work on schedule and within budget,

·       
managing the schedules of contractors, suppliers and employees,

·       
maintaining appropriate quality standards, inspecting and evaluating completed work,

·       
being responsible for adherence to health and safety regulations and providing safe working conditions on-site,

·       
regularly reporting progress to investors, clients, management and other key stakeholders,

·       
identifying and addressing issues and making decisions to avoid project delays,

·       
maintaining project documentation and other construction-related formalities.
