We're launching a national training project and seeking a
Training Manager
with strong
financial management
experience.

Location:
On-site, KSA

Type:
Full-time (project-based)

Duration:
~9 months

Experience:
5+ years in training/learning programs
plus
hands-on budgeting & cost control

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end training program design, scheduling, and delivery quality.
  • Own training budget: forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and vendor PO/invoice approvals.
  • Build KPIs and dashboards to measure learning outcomes and ROI.
  • Coordinate trainers, content production, LMS, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards; implement continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success managing large training initiatives (corporate, gov, or consulting).
  • Financial acumen:
    budgeting, cost optimization, reporting, and basic cash-flow planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and PM skills (MS 365/Teams/Planner or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with clear reporting and presentation skills.
  • Arabic & English proficiency.
  • Experience in public-sector programs or national upskilling projects.
  • Exposure to impact measurement frameworks and learner analytics.
