Job Title: SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - AVC

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM - AVC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management, particularly focusing on AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration) and related integration components across manufacturing and engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP PLM AVC implementation, integration, and customization projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize digital thread and digital twin concepts within PLM processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP PLM, PP, MM, FI/CO, PM/MRO, and AVC/PEO components.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP ECTR (Engineering Control Center) or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or High-Tech Manufacturing industries to ensure compliance with standards (AS9100, ITAR, DFARS).
  • Manage and support PLM system integrations with platforms like Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, or SAP ECTR.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, configuration, and support during all project phases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA Manufacturing or SAP PLM.
  • 8–12 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PLM integration, ECM, and manufacturing modules.
  • Proven experience with multi-entity SAP implementations in complex industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of model-based definition (MBD), digital twin, and digital thread concepts.
  • Familiarity with A&D compliance standards and export control requirements.
