Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our gas company's operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations within the oil and gas sector, preferably with contracting industry experience.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all company functions, including strategic planning, financial management, sales, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Monitor the Saudi gas market, including industry trends, competitors, and business expansion opportunities.

Oversee commercial operations, including contract negotiations and business development.

Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the gas industry.

Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to foster teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and promote a strong safety culture.

Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance market presence and brand image.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years' experience as a General Manager or Country Manager within the gas, oil, or contracting industry.

Strong knowledge of the Saudi gas market, including regulatory frameworks and client relationships.

Solid background in commercial operations, contract negotiation, sales, and business development.

Engineering background is required.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Strong business acumen with sound financial management skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Saudi Arabia residency with strong understanding of local cultural and business practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼60, ﷼80,000.00 per month
