1. AdviseWing and Maintenance Squadron Commanders of problems related to maintenance andmaintenance management.2.Monitor all Maintenance activities and keep abreast of all repair processes inwork.3. Monitorall shops and facilities within the Maintenance Squadron and keep abreast ofmanning and equipment concerns.4.Monitor Supply orders and issues and assist shops and facilities with solvingSupply problems. 5. Monitor and forecast manpower requirementsfor the Maintenance SquadronRequirements 1. Ten (10) or moreyears in a management position of which at least five (5) years were on F -15 aircraftin a supervisory position in a Maintenance Operations, Quality Control, IntermediateMaintenance or Organizational Flight within an RSAF Maintenance Squadron.2. Must haveexperience or close familiarity with all shops and facilities in both theOrganizational and Intermediate Maintenance areas of the Maintenance Squadron.3. Mustpossess an extensive working knowledge of RSAF regulations, publications, andTechnical Manuals.4.
