Junior Brand Manager – FMCG Food Brand

Job Summary
We're seeking a Junior Brand Manager to lead and grow one of our key FMCG food brands in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine brand leadership and commercial acumen, with the ability to drive both consumer demand and in-market performance.
As a Brand Manager, you will own the brand's strategy and business results — from marketing planning and communication to sales alignment, stock management, and trade execution. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, B2B, Creative & Media Agencies, and Sales and Commercial teams to ensure brand initiatives translate into measurable business growth and retail success.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing:
· Develop and implement the annual brand marketing plan, covering ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.
· Define and execute brand positioning, innovation, and communication strategies based on consumer insights and category dynamics.
· Lead new product development and launches, including packaging design and go-to-market planning.
· Manage media and creative agencies to deliver effective, insight-driven campaigns that build brand equity.
· Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI-driven spending.
· Partner with PR, Digital, and Social Media teams to drive integrated, consistent brand messaging.
Commercial & Sales:
· Work closely with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure brand plans are effectively executed in-market.
· Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring product availability, pricing alignment, and promotional efficiency.
· Collaborate with sales teams on forecasting, stock movement, and inventory health to avoid overstock or shortages.
· Support the commercial team with sell sheets, promotional calendars, and trade communication tools.
· Track and analyse category performance, market share, and distribution KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps.
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to align stock levels with campaign and promotional timelines.
· Oversee in-store merchandising visibility, ensuring execution consistency and brand compliance.
Data & Analysis
· Conduct consumer and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Prepare monthly brand performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Lead cross-functional reviews to align marketing, commercial, and supply chain priorities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
· 5–8 years of experience in brand or marketing management within the FMCG or food industry, ideally in KSA or GCC.
· Strong commercial understanding of sales channels, merchandising, and inventory management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sales and stock analysis, ROI reporting, budgeting).
· Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and media planning tools.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
· Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
· Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour, market trends, and seasonal demand drivers.
