Key Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales targets by leading strategic sales initiatives and focusing on high-priority opportunities.

Drive new business growth across your assigned territory, while managing and expanding existing key accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CMIOs, radiology heads, procurement teams, and executive leadership.

Develop and execute account strategies for hospitals and health systems, ensuring alignment with client goals and Attieh Medico's digital health portfolio.

Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools, and oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and global partners to develop and present compelling value propositions.

Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Represent Attieh Medico at industry events, client meetings, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales, with a strong track record in enterprise imaging, PACS, or healthcare IT.

Presence in KSA – Riyadh region.

Proven success in selling complex solutions to hospitals and healthcare networks in the region.

Experience with Voice Recognition and/or AI in Radiology is a strong plus.

Skills:

Strong network of C-level contacts in healthcare across the GCC.

Deep understanding of the healthcare IT landscape, particularly radiology workflows and enterprise imaging solutions.

Strategic selling skills, with experience handling multi-million SAR deals.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in CRM and funnel management tools.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within the region as needed (up to 70%).
