We are seeking a strategically minded Marketing Manager to build our digital brand, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth through data-led strategies.
Position Overview:
We need a data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy with expertise in
digital performance, brand creation, and analytical rigor
. The ideal candidate will excel at optimizing core digital
KPIs
—such as
CPC (Cost Per Click), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate)
, and
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
—while building Customer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE) through compelling storytelling and consistent brand experiences. This role is key to transforming our market presence and achieving scalable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & KPI Optimization:
- Develop, monitor, and report on all key marketing
KPIs
, with a focus on
CAC, LTV, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
. - Continuously optimize digital campaigns to lower
CPC
and
CPL
while increasing
CTR
and ROI across all channels. - Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, paid media dashboards) and provide actionable insights.
- Track and improve
SEO
performance—organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority—through technical, on-page, and content strategies.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEM, social, email, display) with clear
KPI
targets for traffic, leads, and sales. - Manage
SEO/SEM
strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and local
SEO
for the Saudi market. - Oversee paid advertising budgets, focusing on
CPC
efficiency and
CTR
improvement across Google Ads and social platforms. - Implement marketing automation flows to nurture leads and reduce
CPL
.
3. Brand Creation & Equity Building:
- Lead the development of a distinctive brand strategy that resonates across digital and traditional touchpoints.
- Build
Customer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE)
through consistent messaging, content excellence, and customer loyalty programs. - Ensure all marketing efforts reinforce a premium brand image while supporting lead generation
KPIs
.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare regular performance dashboards showcasing
CPC, CPL, CTR, CAC
, and
SEO
growth metrics. - Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Use data to advise on budget allocation and strategic pivots.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or digital marketing certification a plus.
- 5+ years in marketing management
, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce. - Must-have Analytical Expertise:
Proven ability to analyze and optimize
CPC, CPL, CTR, CAC, LTV
, and
SEO
performance. - Hands-on Digital Proficiency:
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics,
SEO
tools and CRM systems. - Strong knowledge of the Saudi digital landscape and search behavior.
- Fluent in
English and Arabic
(written and spoken). - Creative brand-building mindset paired with a strong numerical and analytical approach.
